The Wild God Within

A Dionysian Temple on compulsive behaviour, Surrender, and Ecstatic Living

I am excited to be collaborating with Simon and Jelke to bring you this beautiful offering.  We will be drawing on our backgrounds in conscious sexuality, body work, medicine and psychology with our passion for working with the transpersonal and archetypes to bring you an offer that offers potential for deep personal transformation.*

What if addiction is not simply a problem to overcome, but a doorway pointing toward a deeper longing?

Beyond compulsive behaviors lie universal patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and life itself.

Drawing on the work of cultural anthropologist Angeles Arrien, we will explore the four core addictions—intensity, perfectionism, certainty, and fixation on what is broken—as archetypal expressions of our attempts to seek safety, belonging, aliveness, and control.

Rather than approaching these patterns with judgment, we will meet them with curiosity, compassion, and awareness, discovering the hidden gifts that await on the other side of each compulsion.

The first part of this experience is an interactive workshop, combining reflection, partner exercises, embodied practices, and conversations around consent, boundaries, and choice. Together, we create a foundation of psychological safety that allows authentic expression and courageous exploration.

From there, we descend into the temple.

Inspired by the archetype of Dionysus—the god of ecstasy, paradox, and embodied aliveness—we enter a ritual space where thinking gives way to direct experience.
Through movement, breath, music, guided ritual, archetypal exploration, and collective presence, we will gently loosen the identities that keep us hooked and invite a deeper relationship with the wild, ecstatic life force already living within us.

Discover that beneath craving lives vitality.
Beneath control lives trust.
Beneath perfection lives authenticity.
Beneath fear lives ecstatic presence.
