Each session begins by defining your focus and the direction you want to explore. From there, we explore what is present — thoughts, beliefs, emotions, or patterns — and translate insight into meaningful next steps.​

​A practical way to understand the patterns shaping how you think, relate, and make choices.

Archetypes are not labels or fixed identities.
They are recurring inner patterns — ways of responding that develop through experience, belief, and adaptation.

You may recognise them as:

  • the part of you that takes responsibility or holds control

  • the part that adapts, questions, or shapeshifts

  • the part that seeks pleasure, truth, or freedom

  • the part that protects, withdraws, or disrupts

The work is not about becoming someone else.


It is about seeing what is already active — and learning to relate to it consciously.
