What “Advanced” Means in My Workshop–Temple Hybrids
These spaces are designed for participants who already have some experience in somatic group work, consent-based or sex-positive environments.

This means having a good understanding of consent and relational awareness, being able to ask for what you need (including support), and taking responsibility for your feelings, boundaries and experiences. It also includes being mindful of others in the room and engaging with integrity and respect.

Because this foundation is already present, we can spend our time going deeper into shadow work, embodiment and relational exploration rather than building the basics needed to enter these kinds of spaces.

This is not about being perfect or getting everything right. It’s a process and a journey of self-exploration that naturally includes learning, awareness, and trial and error. What matters is a willingness to stay present, take responsibility for your experience, and meet yourself and others with care.

If you’re unsure whether this space is the right fit for you right now, you’re very welcome to reach out. I’m happy to connect and explore together whether it feels supportive for you, or suggest ways you might prepare for this kind of work.
