About

Life Experience

I am a transformational coach, medical doctor and global citizen with Indian/British heritage and a passion for supporting others on their journey of healing and growth. I have experience practicing medicine in Ireland, New Zealand, and Germany, and ran an integrative medical practice in New Zealand focused on women's health, mental well-being, gut health, and autoimmune conditions.

My work is shaped by a rich blend of scientific expertise, intuitive insight, and lived experience — including my own path of living with health challenges such as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and overcoming autoimmune disease and PTSD from birth trauma. I have worked for global organisations such as the WHO and Health Focus GmbH, gaining an understanding of healthcare systems in the context of health politics and economics.

I am a mother of three teenage daughters and spent two decades as a diplomat's wife, and have navigated life across eight countries. These experiences have taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of human connection. Having worked with thousands of people from diverse backgrounds, I create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel empowered to embrace their uniqueness, overcome adversity, and align with their true selves. My mission is to inspire and guide others as they heal, grow, and thrive.

My vision and current projects

It is my vision to pioneer and expand the practice of integrative medicine as a future model of healthcare and wellbeing.

I am deeply passionate about my work as a doctor and profoundly grateful for Western medicine—without it,

I would not be alive today. However, it was through my personal journey with autoimmune disease that I experienced deep transformational healing by combining holistic and complementary approaches after reaching the limits of what Western medicine could offer. This, coupled with a near-death experience and a subsequent explosive spiritual awakening, set me on the path of integrative medicine.

Integrative medicine is a healthcare approach that blends conventional medical treatments with evidence-based alternative therapies, focusing on treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. It acknowledges that health is more than the absence of disease; it is a state of balance and wellbeing across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. This approach seeks to address the root causes of illness, emphasise prevention, and empower a person to actively participate in and take responsibility for their healing process. Care is highly individualised, considering each persons lifestyle, values, and preferences.

My journey with a rare genetic hypermobility syndrome called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome has been complex, painful, and disabling, touching every aspect of my life. Despite the invaluable (and at times challenging) support from doctors, skilled surgeons, chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and bodyworkers over the years, it was ultimately through spirituality that I learned to move from merely surviving to truly thriving. I found the silver linings and learned to celebrate my uniqueness. My medical knowledge has been crucial in navigating this complex, multi-systemic condition — one that few doctors and practitioners have experience with and for which current medical interventions are limited.

Unfortunately, most healthcare systems today do not support the true practice of integrative medicine. Stigma persists around alternative and complementary practices, particularly energy medicine and spirituality, while sexuality is often overlooked altogether. There is immense potential for improvement, with space for new paradigms and the integration of diverse modalities to evolve healthcare and enhance wellbeing.

While robust scientific studies and peer-reviewed research remain limited in certain areas, an exciting emerging body of science in quantum physics, cosmology, and energy medicine is beginning to explain healing experiences that fall outside conventional Western approaches.

Currently based in Berlin,at present, my work centres around transformational life coaching, spirituality, and conscious sexuality through 1:1 coaching, workshops, events, women’s circles, and online courses. I am also writing my first book which will be accompanied by an online course designed to give people more access to an integrative approach to health and wellbeing. A key focus moving forward will be raising awareness about trauma in medicine and advocating for a trauma-informed approach to healthcare.

I look forward to connecting with you and would be honoured to journey alongside you. If one of my offerings resonates with you, or if you feel drawn to collaborate and support my vision and mission, I look forward to hearing from you.
